7-Day No Questions Asked guaranteed satisfaction or your money will be refunded on individual coins*.
*Individual Coins: will be shipped in a sealed flip and may be returned as long as the seal is intact. Just notify us within 7-days that you wish to return the item and send it back. Your money will be promptly refunded. Removing the coin from the flip or tampering with the seal voids the guarantee.
Loose Coins: are sold without return as there is little way to prevent the switching of coins. Loose coins, for example, consist of sets, rolls, lots, etc.
Certified Coins: are sold as-is without return. Grading is often subjective and we therefore can not guarantee a certified coin's grade. However, in past customer sales we have had very positive feedback.
Inventory and Prior Sales: At this time our online store does not have the ability to automatically remove listings when an order is processed. This leaves the potential for an order to be placed on an item that has recently sold. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order or portion thereof in the event of a prior sale and funds will be promptly refunded.
Payment Options: We accept Visa/Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Electronic Check, PayPal, Certified/Cashier's Check, Money Order and Personal Check's. All non electronic forms of payment are subject to a 7-day hold period although certified funds are typically immediate.
Shipping: We ship through the US Postal Service using First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Items under $100 can be sent First Class Mail uninsured at the buyers risk. Orders over $100 require insured shipping and the choice of First Class or Priority Mail. You will be provided shipping options during checkout.
